The Ventran system was located in the Var Hagen sector of the Mid Rim Territories. It was situated in grid square M-16 of the Standard Galactic Grid.[1]

Behind the scenes

The Ventran system was mentioned in the current Star Wars canon in "Star Systems of the Galaxy," an appendix published with the Star Wars Galaxy Map on StarWars.com[1] on June 24, 2025. Both works were authored by Jason Fry.[2] The system was originally introduced in the Star Wars Legends continuity via a mention in the 2003 novel Shatterpoint, written by Matthew Stover.[3]
