Merge categories
I noticed that there are two categories for the same thing: Dathomirians and Datomiri which is highly unnecessary. I suggest that the two categories be merged, so there's only one category for the Dathomirian species rather than two. - The very first mention of the Taungs was in the booklet of the soundtrack "Shadows of the Empire". Ben Burtt developed the background of this species and the plural is unambiguously written "Taungs", NOT "Taung". Besides that I wouldn't consider something like "Build the MF" as a reliable source regarding this. And the second source is only using the singular form ("Taung design", page 53), not the plural (comparable to "Egyptian design" instead of "Egyptians design").AdenDarklander (talk) 00:09, 26 May 2021 (UTC)
- Those earlier sources are Legends, and are not considered on canon pages. Regardless of the nature of the Falcon magazine, the majority of its issues are taken to be a canon source here on the wiki. - I absolutely understand the differentiation between canon and Legends in regard to content, continuity, story etc. But when it comes to something simple like grammar, that has nothing to do with the points given above, I don't understand why the rules are that strict, especially when there's no clear plural form mentioned in the canon. Would this mean that if in the canon only "Rodian" was mentioned as a species (--> which is singular in this case) that the plural would also be "Rodian" (e. g. Unidentified Police droid model but no training droid article

- Hi. It seems that Founder's Day, in canon at least, has not been specifically defined as the founding of the Empire or anything in particular, so I don't think it's necessarily a contradiction.
