Unverified information
Thank you for contributing to Wookieepedia! Please note that your edit to Star Wars: Timelines added unverified information to a mainspace article. Additions to Wookieepedia's articles must be verifiable by a reliable source per our sourcing policy, and unverified information may be reverted or deleted. If you would like some help learning how to properly source additions, you can see this tutorial or ask for assistance in our Discord server. Thanks! LucaRoR

Shirt
Hey there! Thanks for your contribution to Wook. I noticed you made an article for shirt. The article currently doesn't have any source nor anything notable for it to stay up. Per WP:DICT, the subject should have something unique that separates it from its real-world counterpart. I would suggest you add the required info for it to be considered notable. Cheers! Interest in canon timeline
Hello! AFAIK Fandom doesn't offer a DM feature so I'm posting here. I'm very interesting in your personal canon timeline! I've been considering making one on my own since Wookieepedia's timeline of canon media isn't specific enough for me, so I was going to go moment by moment through the Timelines book to construct one. But it looks like you've already done that! Could you add me on Discord so we can discuss more? My username is Brewzter :)
Outlaws Date
FYI, I just made {{OutlawsComicDate}} for you to use in your dating changes, that way if/when we get a more definite date source we can just change the template. Cade Calrayn 14:29, 3 September 2024 (UTC)
RE: Eyes
- Heya, sorry for the late reply. The main reason is that the infobox is intended to give a brief overview of a character, so the Scourge's effects happened too briefly to be worth including. OOM 224 18:41, 3 February 2025 (UTC)
- Ok, so longer than a few seconds is what counts, even if it says (briefly). Does the Abersyn infection fall under "to brief" for someone like Luke, or would that be long enough? -MontztheMan02 (talk) 21:28, 3 February 2025 (UTC)
Film Name Formatting
Hi MontztheMan02, thanks for cleaning up the date ref on R5-2JE! Just a note that per an no-consensus community vote we don't use the Film template in the prose, only in references and the appearances section so I've swapped that back to the full link. Ayrehead02 (talk) 23:25, 23 March 2025 (UTC)
Jedi bibliothek citing
We probably shouldn't be citing covers to fansites, and more so where they got them from, unless it's an exclusive reveal Lewisr (talk) 22:25, 4 April 2025 (UTC)
- I will try to avoid jedi-bibliothek, if there's a better source. I think I started citing it when it had the highest quality upload using a reverse image search, including the image the publisher of said work had on their site. I'll try to put an alternate/replacement source, even if it's just for verification purposes, so long as there is one.
Falsified information
Hey there. I just wanna quickly put a strong reminder against falsifying the archival parameter (archivedate, archiveurl, etc.) with incorrect value. The intent of said parameter is to maintain the longevity of information/sources and falsifying it will only defeat the purpose. Bonzane10
10:09, 10 June 2025 (UTC)
- What do you mean by "falsifying" archive dates? The Wayback Machine automatically redirects to the archive closest to the date put in the url. It's not like I'm putting broken links or linking to the an older archive that isn't applicable. If there is a case of me putting an archive date that shows otherwise, then it should be a relatively minor fix that I can do. If it's just that archivedate=20250406124025 actually links to an archive from 20250609154246, I don't see how this "defeats the purpose" of the archive parameter when it does in fact in link to a proper archive of the site.
- While yes it can automatically redirect to an existing one, it won't exactly do that if any archive for the source hasn't exist yet. I highly recommend for you to check and/or save the archive manually when before adding one in the future as false values would only bypass the automatic maintenance tag unless someone else is checking manually one by one. First and second examples of the false value that you added for future reference (No archives existed for both until I saved em yesterday, yet it was still given a false value initially). Cheers! Star Systems of the Galaxy
Hey there. I'd suggest taking a look at Ootoo Prime to understand the proper reference for the new Star Systems of the Galaxy before making more changes. Bonzane10
12:04, 24 June 2025 (UTC)
- This is specifically for the planet articles as the appendix only lists star systems. Bonzane10
12:05, 24 June 2025 (UTC)
- I am only making changes based on the objects listed on
Star Wars Galaxy Map on StarWars.com (article) (backup link). If it lists a system, I will list/use it as a source. I am assuming the page is referring to previously mentioned or seen objects not creating new objects or systems, and that it instead lists all objects/systems in the same way, like other maps do. I'm not making new pages either, just putting the coords and the sources in pre-existing pages. I will cite the systems page for system/sector articles. -MontztheMan02 (talk) 12:13, 24 June 2025 (UTC)

- Just got a head's up that we are pausing contribution related to the source (both "The Star Wars Galaxy" and "Star Systems of the Galaxy") until further notice because we are still tweaking around the sourcing approach to it, so we'd appreciate if you pause for now. Cheers! Bonzane10

- Ok, shoot me a message for any updates on that. I would consider the way Nightside, and thus Therezar and its system, are listed on one but not the other. -MontztheMan02 (talk) 13:03, 24 June 2025 (UTC)
- For sure, yea. I'll let you know as soon as we got more updates. Bonzane10
13:05, 24 June 2025 (UTC) - Head's up again. Ypu're good to go. Though you might want to use these 2 templates (A and B) for future citations. Cheers! Bonzane10

- A reminder to please use the templates above, including source listing. Bonzane10

Sourcing
Hey, Montz. If you're going to be editing other people's status articles (a somewhat frowned practice as is); please source your edits. Adding that much information to a status article's infobox and flat out not referencing it isn't cool. As for my own status articles I certainly intend to get to them myself, so I'd rather them not be edited at all, but if you're going to, references are necessary.—spookywillowwtalk 14:55, 28 June 2025 (UTC)
- Jeez, yeah sorry. I’ve been doing so many repetitive edits, I must’ve just forgotten to do on this one. Won’t happen again. -MontztheMan02 (talk) 16:21, 28 June 2025 (UTC)
Brazilian back cover?
Hi, I'm turning to you as you seem more knowledgeable about this topic, but regarding this image: [1], based on this source [2] I'm guessing it might be the back cover for the Brazilian version of Marvel Special Edition Featuring Star Wars 1, but it looks very different from the original back covers, so I'm wondering if it's something else? Do you happen know? Stake black msg 12:42, 19 July 2025 (UTC)
- Sorry, but no. I'm just dumping files ripped from the Star Wars: The Original Trilogy — The Movie Adaptations hardcover. It's gotta a lot of goodies, but nothing from international publications other than UK stuff. It might be the front cover of the second issue or might an entirely unique collection/republication of previous material. Wookieepedia isn't great about having information about that, I know from browsing jedi-bibliothek that foreign comic publication can be vastly different and not directly analogous as you'd think.
Image edit
Hey! Just wanna let you know to please avoid doing unnecessary image edits like the one you did here. We try to keep editing to a minimum such as to abide by policy or visibility issues. If it's not an issue to either, it's best to keep the image as authentic to how it was officially published as possible. Happy editing and cheers! Bonzane10

- There might be some confusion, this was pulled from the TPB which has altered colors to make the colors more red black and white, I guess. It wasn’t an artistic choice on my end. I thought the colors looked better, so I just updated it while I was pulling images for upload. I’ll try to source minor edits like this to avoid issues in the future.
- Hey again. Not sure of where you got the TPB from but nothing was changed there. The artwork remains the same in both the single issue and TPB. Bonzane10
11:29, 10 August 2025 (UTC) - Additionally, after comparing the two, your upload doesnt seem to actually provide a higher quality aside from the darker shade of black. You can see that the new image is a bit more burned when zoomed in which can give the illusion of a crispier image, but it doesnt equate to the image being higher quality than the one before. Cheers! Bonzane10
11:37, 10 August 2025 (UTC) - This isn't my scan, it is the scan used in the digital version of the trade paperback. I know the image is the same, but the colors are improved and there is more clarity in the details. Looking at different pages makes it clear that these are new scans and not just the same image with color correction. Look at the tiny details in the girl's clothing, in the watercolor drops near Vader's saber and the details in his arm. There are details that aren't as visible and/or are non-existent in the original scan. I know it's very minor, but I feel since they went out of their way to do a new scan, and new details are visible, it makes sense to use the newer scan of the artwork. I'm not going to mess with the file anymore, please consider revert to the more recent scan. I will use the TPB's updated scans for any future uploads.
- Just double-checked with another editor. It seems that there might be 2 versions (or perhaps an updated version) of this TPB, one with the darker shade of black (like yours) and another that was consistent with the single issue (like mine). Bonzane10

RE: Dathomirian source
Hey MontztheMan,
Thanks very much for alerting me to those sources! I'm gonna look through them and hopefully find some interesting stuff.

Starfighter Missions
Hey Montz, was wondering if you have any screenshots or videos or other proof for the Andor and Tabayagen Meteorite Zone from Star Wars: Starfighter Missions? Probably going to need confirmation to pass along to Jason Fry. Appreciated in advance! Cade Calrayn 14:03, 22 October 2025 (UTC)
- I just put them there based on the appearances section. I would ask whoever added that to the page. -MontztheMan02 (talk) 15:24, 22 October 2025 (UTC)
Miktrull and Eilram
Hey there! Late last year you added both Miktrull and Eilram's pronouns as they/them. By any chance, is it possible for you to pinpoint as to where you got said info in the game? Thanks! Bonzane10
18:46, 29 October 2025 (UTC)
- It’s from the game’s databank. I was looking through the entries a while ago, so I couldn’t tell you which one. But I’ll look when I have the time.
