Although this article is based on canonical information, the actual name of this subject is pure conjecture.

A clan on the swamp planet Safrifa existed during the High Republic Era and harbored a rivalry with another clan.[1] In 231 BBY,[2] the clan kidnapped the son of their rival clan's marsh-lord. The marsh-lord hired the mercenary Ty Yorrick to rescue their son, which she successfully did in a bloody endeavor for payment in novian ore. Afterward, the mercenary reflected on the endeavor while aboard her ship, thinking about her successful liberation of the clan's captive.[1]

Behind the scenes

The clan was mentioned in the novel The High Republic: The Rising Storm, written by Cavan Scott[1] for the Star Wars: The High Republic multimedia project's Phase I and published on June 29, 2021.[3] Prior to its release, a mention of the clan was included in a StarWars.com preview for the novel on April 22 of that year.[4]
