―The criminal and Tensu Run, with the criminal holding a blaster towards Run and Qui-Gon Jinn[1]

A pink-skinned alien was a criminal who operated in the company of a Rodian and Ithorian criminal on the moon K'shar during the Republic Era. Between 40 BBY and 34 BBY, the three encountered the two Jedi, Qui-Gon Jinn and Tensu Run, on the moon and instructed they each hand over all credits they possessed, unbeknownst the two were in fact Jedi.

After revealing themselves to be users of the Force, the criminals became surprised at the revelation, only to then decide they would kill the two and strip them of their lightsabers. Engaging in a brief clash, Run then utilized a mind trick on the trio, making the criminal and their allies believe they were tired from fighting and decide to rest instead. The two Jedi then departed from the criminals and continued on the mission they were previously on.

Biography

"Jedi. You shouldn't be here…"
"I know. Running into two Jedi on a moon outside Republic jurisdiction? That's just bad luck."
―The criminal and Tensu Run[1]

During the Republic Era, a pink-skinned criminal operated on the moon K'shar—a moon outside of Galactic Republic jurisdiction—alongside a Rodian and an Ithorian criminal.[1] Between 40 BBY and 34 BBY,[2] the trio confronted the human Jedi Qui-Gon Jinn and Tensu Run in an alleyway as the Force-sensitives were on a mission to meet with the information broker Aquint Garva. Holding their blasters at the two, the pink-skinned alien demanded they relinquish all their credits to the trio. Run and Jinn, who had previously commented on the moon being filled with criminals moments prior, exchanged conversation in front of the group, with Run pointing out the uncanny timing of the encounter to what Jinn spoke of. Jinn then thanked Run before the Padawan questioned if they were in the midst of a thievery, only for the pink-skinned criminal to repeat their previous demand.[1]

As the two Jedi removed their hoods from their robes, Run responded stating if the request was authentic, the trio would be in a problematic situation. The pink-skinned alien along with the others then registered the two to be Jedi, with the criminal pointing out the two should not be present on such a moon. Run then confirmed their observation before elaborating on how encountering the two on a moon outside of the jurisdiction of the Galactic Republic is bad luck. The Rodian then piped up and rerouted the unfortunate circumstances to the Jedi, announcing the three would kill the Jedi and loot their lightsabers from their smoldering corpses. Run then apologized to the Rodian to query if they were exceedingly deluded in their scheme before being blasted at by all three criminals.[1]

Deflecting the blaster bolts with their lightsabers, Jinn mentioned how Run had to question, only for the Padawan to reveal his question was rhetorical. They furthermore discussed how they had zero time to deal with the trio, with Jinn proposing if Run had a convenient solution to stop the conflict. Affirming he did, Run then used a mind trick with the Force on the criminals, declaring the three were exhausted from the fighting and wished to lie down and rest. The pink-skinned alien, along with the Rodian and Ithorian, began to lie on the ground and relax. With the combat concluded, Jinn and Run remarked on the move used by the Padawan before they proceeded to leave the criminals and locate Garva, only to find the informant deceased.[1]
