K'shar was a moon that existed somewhere outside of the jurisdiction of the Galactic Republic. A city was build in the hollowed inside of the rocky moon. At some point during the late Republic Era, the Jedi Master Qui-Gon Jinn and Padawan Tensu Run visited K'shar to meet with an informant of Run named Aquint Garva, to get information about Corlis Rath, an assassin who had tried to murder Jinn on the planet Vekura. On the moon, the two Jedi had to fight their way out of a robbery, only to afterwards find Garva to have already been killed by Rath.[1]
