Biography
Life on Akiva
During the Imperial Era, the human engineer and her son resided on the jungle planet Akiva located in the Outer Rim Territories.[1] At some point before 3 ABY,[2] the engineer and her son visited a droid shop at the Artisan's Row section of the Akivan city Myrra which was ran by a Rodian droidsmith know as "the Toymaker". While there the droidsmith gave the child a modified MSE series droid that came to be known as Pip-Squeak.[1]
By 3 ABY.[2] the son had become very attached to the droid before he eventually passed away. Following the death, Pip-Squeak eventually stopped functioning.[1] In 3 ABY,[2] Pip-Squeak had become one of the few things she had left of her son's. Hoping to have Pip-Squeak fixed, she traveled to the Toymaker's shop only to find it closed. She then began asking passersby if they knew where she could find the droidsmith.[1]

Pip-Squeak, her son's droid
She was eventually approached by a human named Kay Vess. After explaining that she was looking to have a MSE-series droid repaired, Vess suggested that it would be pretty cheap to replace the droid. The engineer rejected the idea and revealed the sentimental value of the droid. Afterwards Vess suggested that the woman find a different droidsmith to repair the droid. Admitting that she was afraid to go to the Hutt district of Myrra where other the other droid vendors were located; the woman instead asked if Vess would be willing to go to the district for her before handling Pip-Squeak to Vess. Vess eventually returned with a fixed Pip-Squeak. Grateful, the woman rewarded Vess with a game piece used in the Canto Pass game.[1]
Personality and traits
The female human had light skin, greying hair, and brown eyes. They spoke Galactic Basic.[1]
Equipment
While searching for the Toymaker in Myrra she wore a while vest over a green shirt, brown pants and black boots. A brown sash wrapped around her waist with an attached brown patch.[1]
