"The Hutts sent her to collect protection money from a children's medcenter on Novor. The Sisters of the Ninth Plane, who were running the place, well, they wouldn't pay up. Told her to leave. She left all right, but not before she turned her frigate's thrusters on the sanctuary. Brought the walls down on them. The Sisters. The young ones. No one survived. She claims it was an accident, but she knew what she was doing. She wanted everyone to know."
―Sestin Blin, on Ola Hest[2]

A children's medcenter ran by the Sisters of the Ninth Plane was located on[2] the Outer Rim[3] astronomical object Novor.[2] By 231 BBY,[1] the Hutt Clan enforcer Ola Hest was sent to collect protection money from the medcenter. The Sisters refused to pay and told Hest to leave. In response, the enforcer aimed her frigate's thrusters at the building and brought it down, killing all who were inside, later claiming that the incident was an accident. Eventually, the enforcer was captured by[2] Jedi Master Porter Engle.[4]

In 231 BBY,[1] while imprisoned aboard the Galactic Republic prison ship Restitution, Nihil Tempest Runner Lourna Dee was informed of Hest's actions at the children's medcenter by fellow prisoner Sestin Blin. She also told Dee that she did not believe it was an accident and that the enforcer had known what she was doing and wanted people to know what she was doing.[2]
