- "This time I'm not asking, I'm telling. I need to get to the Old Galactic Market."
"Sir, I don't make the rules. If there's a travel advisory to that sector, I have to follow it."
"I carry a stun baton for protection. Now are we leaving or not?"
"As soon as you sign this waiver, sir." - ―The businessman and a shuttle operator
During the Cold War between the Galactic Republic and the reconstituted Sith Empire, a Twi'lek male worked as a businessman. While on Coruscant in 3643 BBY, he needed to travel to the Old Galactic Market and argued with a shuttle operator over a travel advisory for that area.
Biography
The Twi'lek speaks with the shuttle operator.
In the year 3643 BBY,[2] the businessman was on the Galactic Republic's capital planet Coruscant and attempted to travel to the Old Galactic Market from the taxi pad in the Senate Plaza. A travel advisory was in effect for that area,[1] which was at that time the site of an armed revolt by the Migrant Merchants' Guild.[3] The Twi'lek began arguing with a shuttle operator, insisting that he needed to get to the Old Galactic Market. The operator replied that he did not make the rules, being required to follow the advisory. The Twi'lek businessman informed the operator that he had a stun baton to protect himself and demanded to know if they were leaving. The operator then replied that the businessman had to sign a waiver first.[1]
Personality and traits
The businessman had blue eyes and green skin, and was willing to ignore the travel advisory for the Galactic Market.[1]
Equipment
The Twi'lek wore a green, brown, and white outfit with a black belt and green boots with a black pattern on them. He carried a stun baton for protection.[1]
Behind the scenes
The Twi'lek businessman first appeared in Star Wars: The Old Republic, a 2011 massively multiplayer online role-playing game by BioWare. His NPC nameplate identifies him as "Coruscant Businessman."[1]

STAR WARS: The Old Republic - Question ! :) - Page 3 on The Old Republic's official website (backup link) places Star Wars: The Old Republic about ten to twelve years after the signing of the Treaty of Coruscant, which is dated to 3653 BBY by Star Wars: The Old Republic Encyclopedia. The Old Republic — The Lost Suns 2 takes place ten years after the treaty, one week after the mission to Nar Shaddaa, and around the time of the SpecForce Incident. Since the mission and the incident are respectively part of Act I of the Jedi Knight and Republic Trooper's storylines, and the Trooper's Act I occurs concurrent to Act I of the Smuggler storyline, the general events of the Prologue and Act I for all classes can be assumed to occur in 3643 BBY. The three aforementioned classes all visit Coruscant during their respective Prologues. As this is the first time they can witness the conversation between the businessman and the shuttle operator, it can be inferred the conversation takes place during their Prologues and therefore in 3643 BBY.
