Trowee Astur was a light-skinned human who worked as a haulcraft pilot during the High Republic Era. They shuttled passengers and cargo from an orbital station above the planet Ueda that housed the world's trade commission.[1] In 132 BBY,[2] Astur stood beside[3] the herbalist Reya Nell[1] at a stall just inside the gate of[3] Point Ueda—the capital city of Ueda[1]—as the Sith assassin Mae-ho Aniseya entered through the gateway. While at the stall,[3] the pilot wore a brown jacket with fur-covered shoulders, a brown hat lined with Nerf-fur, gray pants, and brown murra-leather boots. They had a brown bandolier and a C-44D "Piratesweeper" blaster rifle slung over their shoulder.[1]
Behind the scenes
Trowee Astur first appeared in "Lost / Found,"[3] the first episode of the live-action television series Star Wars: The Acolyte, which aired on Disney+ on June 4, 2024.[4] Prior to the release of the episode, Astur was revealed in a trailer exclusively shown at Celebration Europe[5] during the Lucasfilm Studio Showcase on April 7, 2023.[6] The Ueda gate scene was shot at Shinfield Studios,[7] England.[8] The pilot was then identified in the 2025 reference book Star Wars: The Acolyte: The Visual Guide, which was written by Pablo Hidalgo.[1]
