The Trigalis system was located in the Juris sector[3] of the Outer Rim Territories[1] and the Trailing Sectors.[2] It was situated in grid square P-17 of the Standard Galactic Grid. A hyperspace route connected the system to[1] the asteroid[4] Vergesso as well as the Farstine system in the Mid Rim Territories.[1]
Behind the scenes
The Trigalis system was first mentioned in the current Star Wars canon on a galactic map in the 2016 StarWars.com article "Where in the Galaxy Are the Worlds of Star Wars: The Force Awakens?"[5] It was then identified by name in "Star Systems of the Galaxy," an appendix published with the Star Wars Galaxy Map on StarWars.com[3] on June 24, 2025. Both works were authored by Jason Fry.[6] The Trigalis system was originally introduced in the Star Wars Legends continuity, where it first appeared in the first issue of Dark Horse's Star Wars: Obsession comic series.[7] The comic was published on November 24, 2004[8] and was written by Haden Blackman and penciled by Brian Ching.[7]
