Name appearance

In the Appearances section, it is currently stated that he was "First identified as Palpatine and Lord Sidious" in The Phantom Menace, when he was already called Palpatine in the Ep IV novelization prologue (and again in Shadows of the Empire, not too sure about anything in between). There should probably be an entire behind the scenes section on the use and origin of his name, explicit identification as a Sith, Darth etc. Right now it's definitely wrong, especially when Ep I doesn't actually identify him as Sidious, its implied, and they are credited as two different characters. There's Lucas quotes and Insider articles confirming it, but claiming he was identified in Ep I is just false. Jonas1015119 (talk) 16:05, 29 June 2025 (UTC)
