Syrinxian

Syrinxians were a cultural group of a horned species hailing from the Outer Rim planet Syrinx Prime.[1] Between 40 BBY and 34 BBY,[2] the Syrinxians went to war with the neighboring Vekurans, as the latter invaded Syrinx Prime following centuries of distrust and tension between the two groups.[1] Syrinxians were susceptible to Jedi mind tricks.[1]
