The Sundari shipping docks were located just outside the Mandalorian capital city Sundari.[1]

In 21 BBY,[3] a skirmish took place at the docks when New Mandalorian forces battled with a Moogan smuggling ring who were bribing corrupt officials at the docks to allow slabin into the city.[1]

In 20 BBY,[4] a failed peace conference was held in Sundari. During the conference, Jedi Padawan Ahsoka Tano and former Separatist Lux Bonteri were chased across the city by Commando Droid Diplomats. At the docks, Senate Guard Captain Taggart and their detachment of Senate Guards repelled the commando droids, enabling the two adolescents to escape on the Phoenix, the Republic delegation's[5] GX1 short hauler.[6]

In 19 BBY[7] during the Siege of Mandalore, Ursa Wren's Mandalore resistance forces took over the docks from the Shadow Collective. Tano ordered Commander Rex to assist Wren, to prevent Maul from escaping the city.[2]

However, StarWars.com Star Wars: The Clone Wars Chronological Episode Order on StarWars.com (backup link) establishes that the events of "Corruption," which features the skirmish at the Sundari docks, occur between "Lethal Trackdown" and "The Academy." Therefore, the second mission to Florrum must be followed by the skirmish at the Sundari docks. The events of "The Academy" are themselves followed by the Alderaan Refugee Conference according to Timelines.
