Slek stew was a stew edible by humans made out of the slek plant found in the Orra Lagoon on the planet Eiram. The human Phan-tu Zenn, heir to Eiram, loved eating traditional slek stew and at times was homesick for it following the deaths of his mother and sister[1] around 397 BBY.[2] Zenn's adoptive parents, Queen Adrialla and consort Odelia, also loved the stew and had enjoyed it prior to adopting Zenn.[1]

Slek stew was mentioned in Cataclysm, a novel written by Lydia Kang and published in 2023 as part of the Star Wars: The High Republic multimedia project's[1] Phase II.[3] Prior to the book's release, slek was mentioned in a preview for it.[4]
