Rapacc's sun was a star located within the Unknown Regions' Rapacc system,[1] situated in grid square E-7 of the Standard Galactic Grid.[2] It was orbited by the planet Rapacc, the Paccosh species' homeworld, from which it could be seen.[1] In 18 BBY,[3] when the Kilji war cruiser Anvil entered the Rapacc system, Pathfinder navigator Qilori viewed the sun from a distance through the cruiser's viewport.[1]
Behind the scenes
Rapacc's sun appeared in the 2021 novel Thrawn Ascendancy: Lesser Evil, the final installment of Timothy Zahn's Star Wars: The Ascendancy Trilogy.[1]
