The Qeimet system was a star system in the Outer Rim Territories' Juris sector.[1] In 3 ABY,[2] the Galactic Empire's Death Squadron was stationed near Qeimet when they received news from an Imperial probe droid of a Rebel Alliance base on Hoth.[3]
Behind the scenes
The Qeimet system was first mentioned in the 2021 book The Odyssey of Star Wars: An Epic Poem, an adaptation of the original trilogy written by Jack Mitchell.[3] It originated in the Star Wars Legends continuity, as a star system in the Juris sector where Death Squadron was stationed when they learned of the whereabouts of Echo Base.[4]
