The Palliduva system was a star system located in grid square U-12 of the Standard Galactic Grid, in the regions known as Wild Space[2] and the Slice.[1] The sentient Palliduvan species[3] was native to the system.[4]
Behind the scenes
The Palliduva system was mentioned in the appendix Star Systems of the Galaxy, published on the StarWars.com website[2] as part of Star Wars Galaxy Map[5] on June 24, 2025. Both works were authored by Jason Fry.[6]

(backup link) (screenshot) Jason Fry, co-author of The Essential Atlas and a number of maps in the current Star Wars canon (see a list here), stated his intention to create homeworlds for numerous species based on context implied from their names. This article treats the Palliduva system as the location of one such homeworld with regard to the Palliduvan species.
