The Orthellin system was a star system[2] in the Binarran Cloud, a sector in the region of the galaxy known as the Colonies.[1] Shortly after the Battle of Endor, a royal mistress from the system sold the Lady Luck, a model of Luxury 3000 space yacht manufactured by the SoroSuub Corporation, to Lando Calrissian.[2]
Behind the scenes
The Orthellin system was first mentioned in the new Star Wars canon in "Ships and Vehicles: Selection (II),"[2] a booklet in a series of reference booklets titled the Star Wars Encyclopedia, published by De Agostini on July 29, 2022.[3] It originated in the Star Wars Legends continuity, and was first mentioned in The Essential Atlas,[4] a 2009 reference book written by Daniel Wallace and Jason Fry, and published by Del Rey.[5]
