The New Cov system was a star system located in the galaxy's Mid Rim in grid square P-14. It was situated along the Corellian Run, which connected New Cov to Milagro and Druckenwell, and was also connected to Kalarba by a lesser hyperspace route that stretched all the way to Darkknell.[1]
Behind the scenes
New Cov was mentioned in Star Wars canon on a galaxy map in Star Wars: The Force Awakens Beginner Game, published in 2016.[1] It originated in the Star Wars Legends novel Dark Force Rising, written by Timothy Zahn and published in 1992.[3]
