Moobia system

The Moobia system was located in the Kastolar sector, a part of the Mid Rim Territories[1] and the Slice.[2] It was situated in grid square R-10 of the Standard Galactic Grid.[1] It was the origin point of the item known as Moobian torsion valve.[3][4]

Behind the scenes

The Moobia system was mentioned in the current Star Wars canon in "Star Systems of the Galaxy," an appendix published with the Star Wars Galaxy Map on StarWars.com[1] on June 24, 2025. Both works were authored by Jason Fry.[5] The system was originally introduced in the Star Wars Legends continuity via a mention in the StarWars.com Online Companion to the 2009 reference book The Essential Atlas, written by Daniel Wallace and Jason Fry.[6]
