- "Our aim was to arrest a man named Ullan Yite, the leader of a criminal organization known as the Bright Circle."
- ―Rooper Nitani, to Piralli and Moona
By around 377 BBY,[2] Jedi Knight Rooper Nitani, Jedi Master Silandra Sho, and Church droid P3-7A underwent a mission to the floating city of Penumbra, which orbited a gas giant in the Outer Rim's Tollello system. Their aim was to arrest Ullan Yite, the leader of the Bright Circle criminal organization, who was planning on illegally selling a stash of smuggled weapons to a pirate group. The Jedi and P3-7A successfully arrested Yite, after which Nitani made a pilgrimage to the Holy City on[1] the moon[3] Jedha, where she recounted the mission to Piralli and Moona, who were friends of P3-7A and his previous owner, Keth Cerepath.[1]
Behind the scenes
The mission to Penumbra was mentioned in "Tales of Enlightenment: Missing Pieces," a short story written by George Mann and published in the 2024 short story collection Star Wars Insider: The High Republic: Tales of Enlightenment as part of the Star Wars: The High Republic multimedia project.[1]
