Penumbra (city)

Penumbra was a floating city that orbited a gas giant in the Tollello system in the Outer Rim.[1] Sometime before 377 BBY[2] Rooper Nitani, Silandra Sho, and P3-7A visited it while infiltrating an illegal arms deal.[1]
