Mantero,[4] also known as the Funeral Moon, was the smallest of[3] two moons[5] that orbited Serenno. The bones of the Serennian ancestors of Dooku were buried in House Serenno's family mausoleum on the moon. House Serenno owned the largest plot on the moon.[3]

Mantero first appeared in the the audiobook Dooku: Jedi Lost, written by Cavan Scott and published in 2019.[3] The spelling of its name was given in the script of the audiobook.[4]
