- "While no complete schematics exist, there are corroborating records that mention an Architect's Scepter that was involved in the construction. We can only speculate what it was used for, but a theory popularized by Doctor Lobo Ri suggests it was a multidimensional measurement tool to expedite construction."

Lobo Ri was a doctor that popularized a theory about the Architect's Scepter, an artifact used in the construction of the Khepi's Great Tomb in the Sayma Nebula during the High Republic Era. The theory stated that Scepter was a multidimensional measurement tool that expedited the construction of the tomb. Suna Charoo referenced Ri's theory in their holobook "Secrets of the Khepi" which was published in 7932 c.r.c.[1] In 3 ABY,[2] the Rokana Raiders had "Secrets of the Khepi" on at least two datapads at their base within the Khepi Tomb while their leader, Stinger Tash, searched for a way to open the tomb's burial chamber and recover its rumored treasure.[1]
That year,[2] the thief Kay Vess read page eighty-six of the book which mentioned Ri's theory from a datapad she found while at the tomb.[1]
Behind the scenes
Lobo Ri was mentioned in the "A Pirate's Fortune" expansion for the video game Star Wars Outlaws, developed by Massive Entertainment and published by Ubisoft[1] on May 15, 2025.[3] In the expansion, they are mentioned in one datapad entry titled "Secrets of the Khepi p. 86" which players can find while at the Khepi Tomb during the expansion's main quests.[1]
