Leeka

Leeka was an Iakaru archaeologist active during the Republic Era.^[1] Some time before 32 BBY,^[2] the scholar joined an expedition of their friend and colleague Shanto to explore a long-deserted starship overtaken by asteroids along with fellow archaeologists Pol-Adi and Tamanuki. After Shanto disappeared in the depths of the mysterious ship, Leeka and the others sent out a distress call that was answered by Jedi Master Qui-Gon Jinn and his Padawan, Obi-Wan Kenobi. When the Jedi's investigation led to a noisy skirmish with oclatars, Leeka and the other two remaining archaeologists rushed to aid the Jedi in spite of the danger. Upon the discovery of the Tomb of Sarasti Thel, founder of the Brotherhood of the Ninth Door, Leeka's team continued the expedition and the research.
