Klak was a type of food considered a delicacy by Wookiees, a species native to the planet of Kashyyyk. Servings of fried Klak were among a buffet served at the wedding of Wookiees Chewbacca and Mallatobuck[1] in 2 BBY.[2] A Human named Han Solo deemed the dish one of several there that were suitable for consumption by his species even though most Wookiee dishes were spicy enough to damage his stomach.[1]

Klak appeared in Rebel Dawn, a 1998 novel that was the third volume of The Han Solo Trilogy by A. C. Crispin.[1]

(original site is defunct) — Rebel Dawn states that Lumpawaroo, Chewbacca's son with Mallatobuck, was born one year after their wedding. Leland Chee confirms on the aforementioned Message Boards post that Lumpawaroo was born in 1 BBY.
