Kethmandi was a planet[3] in the Kethmandi system of the Expansion Region's Hangshan sector.[1] Sometime between 19 BBY and 10 BBY,[4] Chewbacca was an Imperial prisoner on Kethmandi.[3]

Kethmandi was first mentioned in Solo: A Star Wars Story: A Junior Novel.[3] Kethmandi was pictured in the non-canon television series LEGO Star Wars: All-Stars.[5]

In All-Stars, Kethmandi was mentioned in "The Chase with Han"[6] and subsequently appeared in "Escape with Chewbacca." In the shorts, Kethmandi was a planet that according to Pace Freemaker, was worse than Corellia. Kethmandi was a rocky and forested planet, with Imperial presence. During the Imperial Era, Chewbacca and Lena Freemaker were being transported in a 20-T Railcrawler conveyex transport to the Kethmandi Prison. Lena escaped and traveled to a settlement on the planet.[5]
