- "Might survive it more if I give you up. Who knows where they're going to throw us? The Pinnacle? Jubilar? Whatever pit they find, they’re not going to let us forget what we've done."
- ―Tasia
Jubilar was an astronomical object[4] in the Jubilar system in the Jubilar sector of the Outer Rim Territories, in grid square T-7 of the Standard Galactic Grid.[2] It was used as a prison by the Confederacy of Independent Systems. During the Clone Wars, it was one of several locations where a majority of Separatist prisoners were sent.[4] During the Imperial Era, the prison came under the control of the Galactic Empire and was turned into a penal work camp, where convicts were tasked with manufacturing the toes for All Terrain Scout Transports.[5] Jubilar remained a prison after the rise of the New Republic, which incarcerated Borbin Todds there to serve a twenty-five-year sentence for harboring a wanted fugitive.[6]
