Borbin Todds was an Aqualish with black eyes who was serving a twenty-five year sentence on Jubilar for harboring a wanted fugitive. The criminal's profile in the New Republic prison registry was one of several that Marshal Carasynthia Dune looked at from her office on the planet Nevarro[1] in around 9 ABY[2] while searching for the profile of prisoner Migs Mayfeld.[1]
