The Hollastin system[3] was located in Hutt Space[1] and the Slice.[2] It was situated in grid square S-12 of the Standard Galactic Grid and was connected by a hyperspace route to the Circumtore and Syvris systems.[1]
Behind the scenes
The Hollastin system was first mentioned in the current Star Wars canon on a galactic map in Star Wars: The Force Awakens Beginner Game, a 2016 Fantasy Flight Games' Star Wars Roleplaying boxed set.[1] It was then identified by name in "Star Systems of the Galaxy," an appendix published with the Star Wars Galaxy Map on StarWars.com[3] on June 24, 2025. Both works were authored by Jason Fry.[4] The system was originally introduced in the Star Wars Legends continuity, where it was first mentioned in the 2009 reference book The Essential Atlas by Daniel Wallace and Jason Fry.[5]
