The Hargeeva system was a star system located in the Jurzan sector of the Expansion Region[1] and Trailing Sectors.[2] It fell within grid square M-15 on the Standard Galactic Grid.[1]
Behind the scenes
In the current Star Wars canon, the Hargeeva system was mentioned in "Star Systems of the Galaxy," an appendix published alongside the Star Wars Galaxy Map on StarWars.com[1] on June 24, 2025. Both were written by Jason Fry.[3]
The system originated in the Star Wars Legends continuity, where it first appeared as the Pelonat system in "Firepower," a short story written by Carolyn Golledge and published by West End Games in the eighth issue of the Star Wars Adventure Journal series in November 1995.[4] It was then identified as the Hargeeva system in the 2009 reference book The Essential Atlas, which was written by Fry and Daniel Wallace.[5]
