- "You want me to go to the Outer Rim and be your eyes and ears. It'll take me ages to get there. I'd need the security clamps removed from my ship. A case of goldberry wine, a gift to the nations, naturally."
- ―Axel Greylark, to Kyong Greylark
Goldberry wine was a type of wine[1] consumable by humans.[2] In 382 BBY,[3] Axel Greylark—the son of the Republic's Supreme Chancellor Kyong Greylark—asked his mother for a case of goldberry wine to take with him on a diplomatic mission to the warring Outer Rim planets Eiram and E'ronoh. The chancellor agreed to his request for the wine, willing to provide Axel with anything he asked so he would agree to be her envoy for the endeavor.[1]
