Since the current iteration of the Layout Guide does not specify precisely where in an article should the {{Correct_title}} template be placed, I propose we add the following as a new section, titled "Correct title template", between the sections "Disambiguation templates" and "Spoiler tag":

• This header template is to be used to indicate that a given article's title has been altered from the subject's correct name due to technical restrictions.

• I just want to bring up that I have noticed the use of this template with proper nouns beginning with lowercase letters (k'Jtari, de Grom) and it doesn't sit right with me. Unlike cases such as 2 Warpod, it is trivial to use the {{Top}} template to properly non-capitalize the first letter, and these titles also do not contain any of the characters that cannot be used at all.     • This is a bit off-topic here, but the way I see it, it's beneficial to use this template in those cases because, while the article's title may indeed have been modified through the Top template, it's still "wrong" in the URL. Imperators II^(Talk) 21:09, 4 October 2022 (UTC)
