With the implementation of our new Main Page design, I think it's a good idea that we designate Brandon Rhea as a "Content Moderator." Since as a Wikia Staff member he has universal editing access to everything anyway, this would allow him to edit certain Main Page content on his own without needing to ask for administrative permission every time.

Very simply, this proposal would give him the authority to edit the News and Fandom sliders as need be to keep them updated and relevant. Why do this? Because he's on his computer all day, and there isn't always an admin present. To clarify, this does not allow him to edit any other section of the Main Page or any other area of the wiki without permission. Just the News and Fandom sliders. Additionally, as an opt-out clause, the administration reserves the right to collectively agree to remove his access at any time in the event this becomes necessary.

As a final note, this proposal does not create a new wiki position called Content Moderator. This is a special one-time thing to deputize Brandon Rhea for this specific and limited purpose.
