The result of the debate was Support proposed change to Rule 7 and removal of Rule 3; Oppose proposed change to Wookieepedian of the Month.
I propose some simple tweaks to the Blocking policy. These are pretty much pass-or-fail, so I have skipped the typical discussion phase.

Rule 7
Under the "Rules" section, amend rule 7 in alphabetical order, add links, and, most importantly, codify the removal of blocked users from WookieeProject leadership and any participant listing:
"Any authorities and permissions will be revoked at the time of blocking, including review board membership, user rights, social media accesses, and Discord server privileges." — current
"All blocked users shall have any authorities and permissions revoked, including Discord server access, review board membership, social media accesses, and user rights. All blocked users should also be removed from the leadership and participant listing of any WookieeProjects." — proposed

Wookieepedian of the Month
Additionally, I propose that permanently banned users should have their usernames struck in Wookieepedia:Wookieepedian of the Month/History. Wookieepedians of the Month, awarded for their contributions every month by the community, are supposed to be role models, but alas among their ranks are users who have been permanently banned. As an archive, I believe all records should be kept, only that we strike though the usernames of banned users lest it seems that the present Wookieepedia community are presently still giving them positive recognition.

- Sorry, but can't help but feel that this is a bit excessive... It's literally just a historical record. Imperators II(Talk) 21:09, 13 May 2024 (UTC)

- Entirely per Imp, it's really little different than banned users' signatures on SAN votes or their comments on archived forum posts, their being listed there is just a matter of noting that at that point in time the community respected them enough to vote recognition to them. - Just because someone was permanently blocked, doesn't mean they weren't exemplary editors prior to that point at the time they were awarded WOTM. People change. - JMAS
Hey, it's me! 00:38, 14 May 2024 (UTC) - Per everyone above. To add, this has nothing to do with the blocking policy, and frankly, I find the fact that such history revisionism was brought to CT in the first place without any prior discussion quite concerning. Rule 3
Under the "Rules" section, remove rule 3, which grants admins the power to unilaterally give blocking rights to Discussions moderators (which can only be done if a bureaucrat makes a user an admin)—Not Great:
"Discussions Moderators do not have blocking authority on Wookieepedia and must request the intervention of an administrator in cases of disruption. However, administrators may grant limited blocking authority to certain Discussions Moderators if deemed necessary."

Discussion
- I just want to point out that WookieeProjects' "founder" infobox field isn't affected by this amendment; only the informal WookieeProject leadership position denoted by the "led by" field in the infobox and any participant listing (whether that's in the infobox's "chiefeditor/participants/guests" fields or the "Participants"/"Inactive participants" sections typically found at the bottom of WP pages).
