- "Where are you? I can hold them until you arrive."
"I won't be coming personally. I'm in the Forome system."
"That's a long way out." - ―Zargo Anaximander and Ochi
The Forome system was a star system[3] located within the Kessel sector of the Outer Rim[1] and the Slice.[2] It was situated in grid square T-10 of the Standard Galactic Grid.[1] Zargo Anaximander, the regent-captain of[3] the Outer Rim[4] mining station Nightside, considered the Forome system to be a long way out from the Therezar system.[3]
In 21 ABY,[5] the Sith assassin Ochi was present in the Forome system when he was contacted by Anaximander with news that he had a family Ochi had placed a bounty on held captive aboard the station. Due to being in the system at the time, Ochi informed Anaximander that he would not be able to personally travel to Nightside and collect the family and sent the Droid Crush Pirates of Bestoon group instead.[3]
Behind the scenes
The Forome system was first mentioned in Shadow of the Sith, a 2022 novel by Adam Christopher.[3]
