Samana was a city on Rodia, located on the southern tip of the Betu continent. Although it was possible to land in Samana, control officials highly suggested the legal spaceport at Equator City around 3.5 ABY.
Smugglers who defied the Grand Protector's forces and supplied the Chekkoo clan, sometimes opted to land in Samana and make their way to the Chekkoo Province by land.
