"Nice of them to make their garbage so distinct for us."
―Far Linghe[1]

Far Linghe was a[1] non-binary[2] Cathar Jedi Knight of the Jedi Order during the High Republic Era. According to Jedi Master Avar Kriss, they were well-liked, and Kriss knew them by a reputation which centered on strong piloting and dedication. After the Guardian Protocols were implemented[1] in 229 BBY,[3] they partnered with fellow Jedi Knight Aviay.[1] In 228 BBY,[4] Linghe volunteered to be part of the Jedi ground team under Kriss who took part in an assault on[1] the Mid Rim[5] planet Naboo which was under occupation by the Nihil pirates in their Occlusion Zone region of space that was behind the Stormwall barrier which prevented hyperspace travel.[1]

During the assault, the Cathar piloted a Jedi Vector and as the Jedi Drift reached the capital city Theed, noted to the other pilots in the Drift that there were Nihil ships at point-six-two. After Aviay, who also took part in the aerial battle, was forced to eject from his Vector after his ship was shot down, Linghe tracked his location within the city. The two later again took part in the aerial battle. After Naboo was freed from Nihil rule, the Cathar made their way to the San Tekka clan compound and drank a broth Master Porter Engle had made. Later, when the majority of the Jedi and Republic Defense Coalition forces left the planet, Linghe and Aviay remained on Naboo, believing the world needed a few Jedi to stay and that there was plenty for them to do within the Occlusion Zone.[1]
