The Durga system was a star system located in the Marzoon sector of the Mid Rim Territories. It was situated in grid square I-16 on the Standard Galactic Grid.[1] The system contained the astronomical object Durga, which was ruled by a royal family during the High Republic Era.[2]
The Mirialan Jedi Master Vernestra Rwoh visited Durga while she was traveling the galaxy as a Jedi Wayseeker[2] between around 170 BBY and around 160 BBY.[3] During her time on Durga, Rwoh met the royal family and mediated a wedding contract.[2]
Behind the scenes
The Durga system was mentioned in[1] the October 13, 2025[4] update to "Star Systems of the Galaxy," an appendix published with the Star Wars Galaxy Map on StarWars.com.[1] Both were written by Jason Fry.[5]

- ↑ The events of The Acolyte: Wayseeker take place around 160 BBY per the reasoning here. Wayseeker states that Vernestra Rwoh visited Durga during her travels as a Wayseeker which began a decade earlier, therefore meaning she traveled to Durga between around 170 BBY and around 160 BBY.
