Dunnels were a species of furry quadrupedal steeds with armored horns, backs, and tails used by nerf herders[3] and by Lys and Myra.[2]

Dunnels first appeared in "The Rustler Roundup," the first part of the second episode,[1] as well as multiple other stories within the first batch of episodes, including "A New Discovery,"[2] "The Lost Treasure of Tenoo,"[4] and "The Wild Aklyrr," of the Disney+ and Disney Junior animated series Star Wars: Young Jedi Adventures' second season.[5] The batch of episodes first aired on August 14, 2024.[6] The species was designed by artist Chris Blackstock.[7]
