"Dray milk. You can live on it. You may question your existence after a few days, but…"
Karis Nemik, to Cassian Andor[2]

Ghoats,[4] also known as Dray, were a species of multi-horned quadruped livestock[2] found on the planet Aldhani. Ghoats were tended to by ghoat-herders, who,[4] by 5 BBY[5] were some of the last remaining locals who still roamed the highlands.[4] While preparing for a heist on an Imperial garrison, a rebel infiltration team maintained a small number of the creatures, subsisting off dray milk for several months.[2]

Behind the scenes

Ghoats first appeared in "Aldhani," the fourth episode of the Disney+ television series Star Wars: Andor.[1] They were identified as Dray by name in the following episode.[2] The animals were portrayed by Hebridean sheep.[6]
