A Soikan individual was a contact of the Shani bounty hunter Deva Lompop.[1] Between 3 ABY and 4 ABY,[2] after Thea Starros was captured by the bounty hunter Marl Jibs, Lompop spoke with her contact, who confirmed to the Shani that the bounty[1] Jibs had intended to claim on Mevera Starros[3] had not been put out by them.[1]
