Cularin was an astronomical object situated in[1] the Thaere sector's[3] Cularin system[4] within the regions known as the Expansion Region[1] and the Slice.[2] It was located in grid square P-14 of the Standard Galactic Grid.[1] Cularin was related to a battle fought[5] at some point between 22 BBY and 19 BBY,[6] in which the Galactic Republic and Jedi Order were involved.[5]
Behind the scenes
In the current Star Wars canon, Cularin was introduced in the fifty-second issue of the Star Wars: Build the Millennium Falcon magazine series,[7] in an article written by Mark Newbold,[8] published by De Agostini around December 30, 2015.[9] In the Star Wars Legends continuity, the planet Cularin first appeared in the roleplaying adventure A Cularin Presence, the first installment of the Eye of the Sun trilogy within the Living Force roleplaying campaign, written by Morrie Mullins and published by Wizards of the Coast in 2001.[10]
