The Cron Cluster was a star cluster. According to the Qel-Droma Epics, stars in the cluster were triggered to go supernova by the Sith Lord Naga Sadow, resulting in the Cron Supernova which devastated the nearby Jedi planet Ossus.[3]

Behind the scenes

The Cron Cluster was first canonically mentioned in the 2016 Star Wars Roleplaying sourcebook Nexus of Power.[3] In the Star Wars Legends continuity, the Cron Cluster first appeared in Tales of the Jedi – The Sith War 4, where it was a cluster of ten stars in the Auril sector's Cron system, which were triggered to go supernova by the Krath sorceress Aleema Keto.[4]
