The Clarodians[4] were a sentient species that existed in the galaxy.[1] Brothers Tianris and Guanlos Mez were members of this species.[4]
Biology and appearance
The Clarodians[4] were a sentient species that were distinguished by the two horns protruding from the upper portion of their face.[3] Their skin was varying shades of green, tan, or even purple,[2] and they possessed solid black eyes, large noses, pointed ears,[3] and fangs,[2] as well as some brown hair on the top of their heads.[3]
Species in the galaxy
During the High Republic Era, by 132 BBY,[5] two Clarodian miners, brothers Tianris and Guanlos Mez,[4] had become associates of Jedi Master Indara, sometimes gathering in the Lomi Usqi Noodle Shop on their current homeworld of Ueda, both eventually being dispatched by Mae Aniseya when she came hunting for the woman.[2] Over a century later, in 5 BBY, another member of this species was present at the Coruscant Eastern Spaceport,[1] while yet another was within the Coruscant Underworld, passing by spy Lonni Jung while he was heading to a secret meeting with Luthen Rael.[3] Three years later, at least two[6] Clarodians[4] were present in the Imperial Senate Building, panicking during Mon Mothma's escape from the Senate.[6]

Concept art by Ivan Manzella
According to creature concept artist and sculptor Ivan Manzella's public portfolio, this species was first designed for Star Wars: Episode IX The Rise of Skywalker,[7] though it was never actually used in the film.[8] Instead, this species would debut in the fourth episode of Star Wars: Andor, "Aldhani."[1] Their name was revealed within the Star Wars: The Acolyte: The Visual Guide[4] which released in select countries on June 5, 2025.[9]
