Cassidode VI was a terrestrial astronomical object[3] in the Cassidode system of the Aparo sector within the Outer Rim Territories[1] and New Territories.[2] It fell within grid square R-3 of the Standard Galactic Grid[1] and was the location of a tiny, ill-supplied Alliance to Restore the Republic outpost during the reign of the Galactic Empire. The rebel pilot Farns Monsbee served as the base's sole snubfighter pilot before transferring to Blue Squadron on the moon Yavin 4 at some point prior to the Battle of Scarif[3] in 1 BBY.[4]
Behind the scenes
Cassidode VI was first mentioned in the 2016 reference book Star Wars: Rogue One: The Ultimate Visual Guide, which was written by Pablo Hidalgo.[3]
