Candied cactus flower was a lush type of food made of cactus flowers that was edible by Quarren. During the High Republic Era, it was a rare and expensive delicacy on the Outer Rim planet E'ronoh. While on the world[1] in 382 BBY,[2] the Quarren Republic Supreme Chancellor Orlen Mollo was given a bowl of candied cactus flower while visiting E'ronoh's Monarch A'lbaran. However, Mollo disliked being pampered with fine dining in a lavish setting, instead wishing to converse frankly with the monarch.[1]

Candied cactus flower appeared in Cataclysm, a novel written by Lydia Kang and published in 2023 as part of the Star Wars: The High Republic multimedia project's[1] Phase II.[3]
