Boothi IV was a location[3] in the Boothi system, which was located in the Outer Rim Territories[1] and the Slice.[2] It was part of the Abrion sector and lay in grid square S-15 of the Standard Galactic Grid.[1] The nori-inkal, a rare[3] coral-like creature[4] whose fins secreted an oily serum that could revitalize aged skin, was from Boothi IV.[3] In 132 BBY,[5] a nori-inkal was kept in a custom tank filled with water in the Olega Apothecary on the Mid Rim planet Olega.[3]

Behind the scenes

"She's from a system called Boothi IV and I can’t help but notice the coincidence!"
―Emily Booth[6]

Boothi IV was mentioned in Pablo Hidalgo's 2025 reference book, Star Wars: The Acolyte: The Visual Guide.[3] Emily Booth, who designed the nor-inkal, noticed a similarity between[6] her[7] own name and Boothi IV.[6]
