Oil was a type of liquid used for lubrication^[4] and medicine. Members of the Lurmen village on Maridun harvested oil from seed pods for nourishment.^[1] In certain cases, oil could be weaponized—during the Battle of Coruscant, the astromech droid R2-D2 set oil on fire to defeat a pair of B2-series super battle droids.^[7] By 34 ABY, there was a brand of oil meant for droids known as Premium Deluxe D90 Droid Oil.^[8] Shisha oil was used by the Toydarian junk dealer Watto,^[6] who smoked from a shisha device.^[5]
